Jason Noble benefit shows...
So, Endpoint is reuniting and playing two shows. The first on Saturday, May 15th (w/ Cerebellum and Face Value reuniting along with Kyle and Alex’s Interstates project) sold out so they added a Friday, May 14th show. We’re opening along with Sunspring and Big Wheel reunions.
It’s a bit silly in some ways with everyone reliving in the past but it will also be fun and more...
Well, she reacted as poorly as possible to my letter. I guess I should have expected the worst. Bummed regardless…maybe sometime if I’m still mulling over the situation I’ll post the letter - what’s the harm with sharing it with like 5 people.
The girl I was caught up in a year+ ago hurt me deeply and I never shared with her how I felt. I think she wouldn’t have cared, because if she did she wouldn’t have led me on/lied to me/etc. So what would have been the point?
I have been dating a wonderful girl for 6 months and that ended a couple weeks ago. I’ve been dealing with the feelings for 2 weeks now I guess - and...

Tonight!
Despite my mixed feelings about the 930 Listening Room and its affiliation with a weird pseudo-punk/Conservative Christian hipster church I will definitely be attending the show tonight to support Jason. The Web and Shellac are playing too, both of whom are awesome. I’ve gotta say, while Shellac is intensely popular around the world, it’s a decidedly midwestern spirit fueling them...

This is cool. Neat to have a great album getting the recognition.

Excited that I’m playing at the big fancy art museum for the first time solo computer style. The Speed Art Museum is presenting “Art After Dark” with the concept of ‘remixed’. I’m doing some new Dolphy reinterpretations (Tim is accompanying with improvised visuals) along with Ben Sollee (local cellist who is really building a name for himself) as well as the...

So, we’ve got 5 songs recorded. Anyone want to put out a split 7” with Six White Horses or our own 7” with 2 songs?
I’m also going to be returning to computer music at an art event at the Speed Museum here in town. It’ll be with Ben Sollee and the first performance by the For Carnation in a LONG time. Hopefully I can catch some of their set! :) Tim is helping...

Proud of these guys - their new record slays and is certainly one of the best out of Louisville since their other band - Black Cross!
Once underground music stopped being about fat dudes hunched over their...

This is an old band I did with friends. It’s probably the best BAND BAND (collaborative and inventive) that I’ve been a part of. The Shining Path’s only show was fall 2001 with Black Widows (Thommy’s last show!) and Second Story Man. Good times…

This was taken from “The Show of Shows”, a short-lived, but awesome public access show.
Although you cannot tell by this video is was one of the hottest shows I have ever played. Between songs we would open the door on the right hand of the stage to let out as much hot air as we could. The room was pretty small, the stage was tiny and had the room had the worst acoustics ever - but we...

I’d like to quote, what…the Steve Miller Band…”time keeps on slipping…into the future”. It’s been a weird couple of months. I’ll try to remember to update this sometime over winter break. Today I left school early on the last day before break for a rather uninformative meeting with a surgeon about some possible health issues, then I watched a...
